Workshop or mobile service
Units that can be removed are taken into our workshop in Żukowo (Dworcowa 13B). Generators built into yachts, vehicles and facilities are serviced on site — we bring the tools and the parts.
In the Pomeranian, Warmian-Masurian and Kuyavian-Pomeranian regions we can be there the same day. Elsewhere in Poland and in neighbouring countries we arrive within 24 hours.
What to have ready
This information shortens the diagnosis and lets us bring the right parts:
- Model and serial number from the rating plate
- Running hours
- Error codes or messages on the panel
- Symptoms: when they occur, since when, after what
- Where the unit is (marina, address, vehicle)
- A photo of the rating plate and the generator compartment, if possible

Do you travel outside northern Poland?
Yes. We reach the rest of Poland and neighbouring countries within 24 hours of agreeing a date.
Can you service a generator installed on a yacht?
Yes — on-board service in the marina is most of our marine work.
Do you repair inverters on their own?
Yes. A Fischer Panda inverter can be dropped off or shipped to our workshop in Żukowo.
Can I buy parts only?
Yes. We sell parts without a service visit — we just need the generator model and serial number.
