Data controller

Contact form

When you send the form, you give us: your name or company name, email address, phone number (optional), generator details and your message.

Purpose: answering your enquiry and providing the service. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to and performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (handling correspondence).

The form is provided by Web3Forms, which forwards your enquiry to our email address and acts as a processor.

Google Analytics

Only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) do we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Ltd. It collects, among other things, approximate location, browser and device type, pages visited, visit duration and traffic source. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Without consent the Google Analytics script is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Fonts and external resources

Fonts and other site resources are served from our own server. Google Maps opens only when you click the link, on Google’s website.

Retention

• Form data: up to 3 years after our last contact, or longer where tax law requires it for a completed service.
• Google Analytics data: 14 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, email pro75@onet.eu or call +48 605 933 035.

Cookies

• Essential: remembering your consent choice (localStorage, no expiry until cleared).
• Analytics (only with consent): _ga and _ga_* cookies set by Google Analytics.
